प्रिय छात्रों और स्टाफ के सदस्यों
मेरी सेवानिवृत्ति के पास से आ रहा है। मैं नए लाइब्रेरियन को सौंपने के लिए भौतिक स्टॉक सत्यापन के साथ तैयार होने के लिए है। मैं अनुरोध करता हूँ आप 28 वें फरवरी 2017 तक सभी पुस्तकों और पत्रिकाओं वापस देने के लिए।
इतना है कि मैं नए शैक्षणिक वर्ष 2017-18 में मार्च 2017 के महीने में मेरे स्टॉक सत्यापन पूरा कर सकते हैं मैं आगे की कार्यवाही के लिए तैयार हो सकता है।
मैं इन वर्षों के लिए मेरे पास बढ़ाया असाधारण सहयोग के लिए आप सभी का आभारी हूं।

Important Notice to all the members of
library
Dear students and members of staff,
As my superannuation is coming soon, as
I have to get ready with physical stock verification to hand over to new
librarian, you are requested to give back all the books and periodicals, from
15th January to 28th February 2017. So that I can complete my stock
verification in the month of March 2017 and by new academic year 2017-18 I can
be ready for the further proceedings.
And I am thankful to you all for the
exceptional cooperation extended to me for all these years.
